***Repair at following sizes:
- >4.0 cm if woman with Marfan Syndrome and contemplating pregnancy (also need to replace root)
- >4.2 cm by TEE or 4.4-4.6 by CT if patient with Loeys-Dietz syndrome or TGFBR1/TGFBR2 mutation
- >4.5 cm if family history of aortic dissection
- Ratio of maximum ascending aortic root area (3.14 x r^2) in cm2 divided pt. height in meters > 10 in Marfan Syndrome, BAV and other genetic disorders.
